The design goal is for 76 Corlett Drive to be a high-end office block, in line with Legaro’s image in the market.

The design incorporates cutting edge sustainable technology, to create the most sustainable building in Africa, as measured by the highest international Green Building Rating – the Living Building Challenge.

The office block will be unique against 78 Corlett Drive but will sit comfortably and contextually relevant next to Legaro’s Head Quarters.

The 76 Corlett Drive office block will have 3 storeys of office space, and the design will be flexible in such a way to allow it to be rented out to multiple tenants.
